What exactly is Bestpair™?

Bestpair™ is a non-disruptive data optimization service that boosts conversion rates for outbound telemarketing or collections teams.

Will the free impact assessment disrupt any current daily operations?

This evaluation is non-intrusive and does not involve a live test, ensuring that your daily operations are not interrupted. In essence, our goal is to examine a set of your sample data, develop customized models specifically designed for your sales team, and forecast the potential increase in conversion rates by optimizing your strategies with Bestpair. This process does not require any downtime, system integration, employee training, or similar commitments. Simply provide us with the data via an SFTP link, and we will return to you with our findings.

Is there any hardware or software installation required?

Bestpair™ is completely non disruptive and simply co-exists with your existing call center software, platform, dialer or CRM.

We take the SAME TEAM, we take the SAME DATA, but you can achieve a significantly BETTER RESULT just by optimizing the lead allocations, and removing random allocation (which is normally done by the dialer).

We do all of our work before the campaign starts, and a text file containing the optimized allocations (which leads need to go to which agent) is loaded into the dialer. It’s that simple!

Is this a Cloud based Solution?

Yes, we give our clients access to a dedicated SFTP site, for data to be delivered directly to us. Once we’ve processed the data we’ll return an allocation file back, which gets loaded into the dialer.

How does this work for collections?

Bestpair™ technology is typically applicable in later debt, where a more meaningful conversation happens instead of automated SMS, emails, and mail.

If agents are getting leads based on their strengths, does this reduce agent turnover?

Yes! Although Bestpair™ was not designed with this in mind, a beautiful bi-product of this is that it reduces turnover. This has been proven with many clients over the years. Sometimes an agent might be a future superstar, but they just need to be given the right secret sauce to succeed.

What factors influence Bestpair™ results?

There are 3 crucial aspects:

  • How much is known about the prospect before the call (rich in demographic data)
  • How many agents are working on the campaign (Minimum of 20)
  • How many months of agent dialing history is available. (If no history is available, we will have an initial model after an agent does 20 sales)

Data

Are there compliance issues with personal data?

Bestpair™ technology requires NO personal data on either the lead/prospect or the agent at any point in time to do the modeling, and to run the allocation engine. The data is therefore unusable to anyone with any bad intentions.

  • No names, telephone numbers, social security numbers etc.
  • We only need demographic data, with a unique reference number/identifier for each lead Eg: Lead #1675, as well as for each Agent Eg: Agent #B591
  • All personal / pii data can be removed prior to data transfer.
  • The remaining data can also be further anonymized prior to sending if required.

What data is required to build the models of the agents (callers)?

In order for us to effectively model your salespeople, we ask for the following:

1. A historical results file – this is normally a dialer file, showing both successes and failures

Eg: Agent #123 called Lead Ref #ABC on 06/09/2022 and a sale was made.

2. A CRM (or similar) file showing client demographics (no Personally Identifiable Information needed, only demographic information)

Eg: Lead Ref #ABC = 30 year old, male, postcode 1234,  dependents, education, income indicators, education, occupation, marital status etc.

What data fields are useful for the modeling process?

Every campaign is different so we look at each one indivdually. Typically useful fields include things like:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Marital status
  • Dependants
  • Previously purchased products / length of time as a customer
  • Indicators of education level
  • Occupation
  • Postal Code / ZIP
  • Indicators of income (such as a gold vs silver credit card).
  • In the motor industry, the type of car makes a huge difference (a tesla owner vs 4×4 owner)

How much historical data does Bestpair™ need?

Ideally, 9 months worth of historical data will result in optimal models. However, if there is less data, it’s no problem as the models get smarter over time.

An agent’s skills are also ever-changing. They learn, gain confidence, adapt, and improve over time. The models are constantly refreshed to provide the best possible prospect matching in real-time.

Does Bestpair™ do any lead prioritization?

Yes. Let’s say a client gives us 30 000 leads, but only have enough agents to make calls to 20 000 of them.  In a case like this, we are able to advise on which leads are most likely to result in a positive outcome or sale, and those leads are prioritized. This makes a HUGE difference to the bottom line!

What happens if agents are selling different products? Can you still model them?

Yes absolutely. We treat the product as a data point, and are thus able to model agents irrespective of the product they are selling.

Commercials

What is the commercial model?

$10k per quarter + $50 per user per month

How Bestpair's value calculated?

We allocate every agent a set percentage of Bestpair™ prospects, as well as ‘random’ prospects that we use as a control group. At the end of a given sales cycle, we compare the value generated by the Bestpair™ prospects, to the value generated by the control group prospects. This delta represents the exact value generated by Bestpair™

What if we implement script changes, or training – how can we tell if the improvement is due to external factors?

We allocate both Bestpair™  leads as well as ‘control group’ leads to every single agent. Any changes due to external factors will be detected in both categories.

How much difference can Bestpair™ make to my business?

Given ideal conditions, our clients have experienced contact-to-sale improvements in excess of 50%. This is evidenced by numerous case studies, and client testimonials.
