Bestpair™ BOOM: Global Insurer Achieves 35% Conversion Rate Increase in March 2023

We are thrilled to announce that one of our clients, a global general insurer, has achieved outstanding results with the implementation of Bestpair™ in a 6-month-old campaign that was underperforming. The campaign saw an increase in conversion rates of 35% in March 2023, generating over $1.35 million in additional revenue.

The introduction of Bestpair™ into the campaign was simple and efficient, with no need for any development or infrastructure deployment. Working closely with the client, Value Ad received:

  • Demographic data of the target client base,
  • 9-month call history of the agents who were going to be doing the calling.

Using Bestpair™, we matched the entire database to the agent/s with the highest probability of a successful sale based off of their calling history, replacing the random dialer allocation logic with an optimized logic whereby agents received leads based on their individual strengths.

The allocation file was sent back to the client and loaded into their dialer, and business continued as normal like it would on any other campaign. The results were astounding, and the client was pleased to share the outcome at the end of March 2023.
